Saturday, October 2nd, Esther Circle will coordinate a Fall Market Festival here at Trinity. We are inviting vendors to sell their items. We will be renting indoor and outdoor spaces on a first come first serve basis.
Esther Circle will offer their new cookbook containing a wealth of recipes contributed by church members, staff and parents. Also, food will be available and many other features. Keep checking back as we firm up our plans.

Trinity Family Cookbook is Ready!

Our Trinity Family cookbook is ready for sale, at last! It's a fabulous collection of 200 recipes from our Trinity Church Congregation, past and present. Trinity Learning Center, Trinity Christian School staff, parents, and friends. These are tried, true and time honored recipes that are always requested at special church functions. Also, included are recipes from our Trinity Café staff who provide affordable Wednesday night dinners. If all these recipes weren't enough, Pastor Dennis has graciously contributed his "Man-omelets" recipe for all to enjoy.Much more than just a cookbook, it's filled with scads of useful tips and hints, biblical verses and prayers, quick fixes and equivalencies. You'll even learn how to make the fancy folded napkins you see in restaurants.
We know you'll want more than one copy to share with friends and family.

Apricot Glazed Brisket By: Mary Jo Ashworth
Preheat oven to 325°, Arrange 1/2 of the onion slices on the bottom of a roasting pan. Place the brisket on top of the onions. Spread the apricot jam over the brisket , then layer the remaining onion slices on top. Sprinkle the onion soup mix over the brisket then pour the beer on top. Cover with foil and bake 4 hours. Slice brisket across the grain to serve. |
